What I Teach:

Piano

Education:

M.M. from University of Florida

Why I love Music:

I began playing piano at the age of nine, studying from Mr. Tyrone Lance. I had an enthusiastic spirit and desire to succeed, which allowed me to participate in piano competitions and musical festivals under the guidance of Dr. Lorna Young-Wright. At Kennesaw State University, under the direction of my mentor, Dr. Marina Khvitia, I was fortunate to have been invited to study and observe Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria musical traditions and etiquette. To further my education, I travelled with Dr. Lorna Young-Wright and was invited to perform at Eglise Reformee de Pentemnot Luxembourg Recital Programme, in Paris. This also afforded me an invitation to participate in the 2nd Annual African meets Asia Symposium in Beijing, China. As a desire to meet my performance and education goals I have attained a Masters Degree in Piano Performance and Music Theory from the University of Florida. Due to these experiences, it's my joy and pleasure to help students become their best at playing piano and finding joy in creating beautiful music.
