Burdett Rice is the lead instructor and founder of Southern Music Academy. Burdett has over 10 years of music school administration experience and had been teaching piano and voice lessons for well over 15 years.

During this time, he has developed teaching strategies for almost any level of difficulty. His approach and love for teaching music has been taught and is actively being used by all the teachers at Southern Music Academy.
